Sesmarias is conveniently located for anyone wishing to holiday in the Algarve. The village itself has bars, restaurants, cafés, and a mini supermarket, all within easy walking distance. The Villa is also only a 5 minutes drive to unspoilt beaches, tennis courts, a fitness centre, horse riding and two18 hole championship golf courses, (and a couple of 9 hole golf courses as well!).
Nearby villages, Carvoeiro and Ferragudo feature beach restaurants, several sandy beaches, banks, a doctor's clinic, shops, a market with lots of fresh local produce, a pharmacy and lots of different bars. The holiday villa is also convenient for the airport, being only 40 minutes drive away from Faro Airport.
